Here's A County-By-County Breakdown Of Who Maryland Chose In Presidential Race

For the second straight presidential election, Maryland voters leaned toward the Democratic candidate, though this time President-elect Donald Trump came out on top.

On Tuesday, Vice President Kama Harris and Gov. Tim Walz received 59.74 percent (1,485,253 total votes) of the vote versus 37.02 percent (920,393 votes) for Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance in Maryland, according to the Board of Elections.

Four years ago, the numbers were similar, with President Joe Biden and Harris garnering 65.4 percent (1,985,023 votes) over Trump and former Vice President Mike Pence's 32.2 percent (976,414 votes). 

A breakdown of who voted Red and Blue, by county in Maryland: 

  • Allegany: 7,296 for Harris / Walz - 20,295 for Trump / Vance;
  • Anne Arundel: 145,562 for Harris / Walz - 117,781 for Trump / Vance;
  • Baltimore City: 141,719 for Harris / Walz - 21,671 for Trump / Vance;
  • Baltimore County: 204,027 for Harris / Walz - 134,213 for Trump / Vance;
